  • Connected social media account identifiers (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X)
  • Platform access tokens (stored encrypted, never exposed in UI)
  • Scheduled and published post records
  • Analytics data returned by connected platforms

2.4 Usage Data

  • Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage
  • Audit logs for uploads, content approvals, and publishing events
  • Error logs and performance telemetry

  • To generate AI-powered creative content on your behalf
  • To publish approved content to connected social media platforms
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and Content Policy

  • To improve Platform performance and AI model quality

4. Content Moderation Data

Images you upload are processed by automated AI moderation systems (including third-party APIs) to check for policy-violating content. Moderation results, including pass/fail status and flagged categories, are stored in your account records. We do not use your uploaded images to train third-party AI models without explicit consent.

5. Consent Records

Each upload requires you to confirm intellectual property rights and content policy compliance. We log these consent confirmations, including the terms version you agreed to, timestamp, and associated asset identifier. These records are retained for legal compliance purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only:

  • With social media platforms when you authorize publishing (required for service delivery)
  • With AI service providers (e.g., OpenAI) for content generation and moderation, under data processing agreements
  • With cloud infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure) for storage and compute
  • With legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Platform, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements.

  • AI-generated content (captions, hooks, storyboards) is processed through third-party AI APIs under zero-data-retention agreements where available.
  • We do not use your business content or campaign data to train our own AI models without your explicit consent.
  • AI model outputs may be logged for quality improvement purposes in anonymized or aggregated form only.
