Security Overview
AIMeCreations LLC · AIMeInfluencer Platform · Last Updated: July 12, 2026 · Version 1.1
This overview describes the general safeguards we use to protect the AIMeInfluencer platform and information processed through it. Our security practices may evolve as the Platform, available technology, and security risks change.
1. Our Security Commitment
AIMeCreations LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.
No Internet transmission, software platform, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
2. Account and Access Protection
We use authentication and authorization controls designed to limit access to accounts, platform functionality, and administrative systems.
- Access to systems and information is restricted based on operational responsibilities and legitimate business needs.
- Account and session protections are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
- Administrative access is limited and subject to additional controls.
3. Data Protection
Depending on the type of information and how it is processed, our safeguards may include:
- Encryption during transmission and storage where appropriate.
- Controls intended to protect credentials, access tokens, and secrets.
- Restrictions on access to personal information and user content.
- Backup and recovery measures appropriate to the services we operate.
4. Platform and Application Security
We incorporate security considerations into the development and operation of the Platform. Depending on the system and associated risk, these practices may include:
- Server-side validation and controlled handling of user input.
- Authentication and authorization checks for protected operations.
- Secure software development and code-review practices.
- Dependency monitoring and vulnerability remediation.
- Logging, monitoring, testing, and abuse-prevention controls appropriate to the affected service.
Security controls may differ among services, environments, integrations, and features based on their purpose and risk.
5. User Content and Uploads
We use safeguards designed to reduce risks associated with uploaded content and generated assets. These safeguards may include:
- Validation of supported file types and file sizes.
- Access controls for stored content and media delivery.
- Automated or manual review tools intended to detect prohibited, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive content.
- Records associated with user confirmations, permissions, and content activity where appropriate.
Content screening and security controls cannot identify every harmful, unauthorized, or unlawful file. Users remain responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions for content they upload, create, or publish through the Platform.
6. Connected Third-Party Accounts
When you connect a third-party publishing platform or other external account, we use the authorization provided by that service to perform the actions you request.
- We seek to request only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide the connected feature.
- Access credentials and authorization tokens are subject to restricted access and security controls.
- When an account is disconnected, we revoke or delete active authorization credentials where supported and reasonably practicable.
Third-party platforms maintain their own security, privacy, authorization, and token-retention practices. Disconnecting an account from AIMeInfluencer may not delete information retained independently by that third-party platform.
7. Service Providers
We use service providers to support functions such as cloud hosting, storage, artificial intelligence processing, payments, communications, analytics, and content delivery.
We consider the nature of the service and the information involved when selecting and managing service providers. Where appropriate, we use contractual, technical, and organizational measures designed to limit how service providers access and process information.
Additional information about the categories of service providers we use and how information may be shared is available in our Privacy Policy.
8. Security Monitoring and Incident Response
We maintain processes designed to identify, assess, respond to, and recover from security incidents.
Depending on the nature of an incident, our response may include:
- Investigating and documenting the incident.
- Taking steps to contain the incident and reduce potential harm.
- Correcting or mitigating identified vulnerabilities.
- Preserving relevant records where appropriate.
- Notifying affected individuals, service providers, regulators, or other parties when required by applicable law.
The timing and content of any notification will depend on the nature of the incident, the information involved, the progress of the investigation, and applicable legal requirements.
9. Your Security Responsibilities
You can help protect your account by:
- Using a strong, unique password for your account.
- Keeping your account credentials confidential.
- Securing the email address and third-party accounts connected to it.
- Signing out of devices that you do not control.
- Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access or other security concerns.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Support and Security Concerns
