Responsible AI Policy
AIMeCreations LLC · AIMeInfluencer Platform · Last Updated: November 2025 · Version 1.0
1. Our Commitment
AIMeCreations LLC is committed to developing and deploying AI in a safe, transparent, and accountable manner. This policy describes how we govern AI systems within AIMeInfluencer to protect users, third parties, and the public.
2. AI Systems Used
AIMeInfluencer uses AI in the following areas:
- Content Generation: Large language models generate campaign ideas, captions, hooks, and storyboard plans.
- Image Generation: AI image models generate visual assets based on user briefs.
- Content Moderation: AI moderation APIs screen uploaded images for policy-violating content.
- Hook and Quality Scoring: AI models evaluate creative quality and engagement potential.
- Publishing Optimization: AI assists in scheduling and timing recommendations.
3. Human Oversight
All AI-generated content goes through a human review step before publication. The Platform's approval workflow (draft → generated → reviewed → approved → scheduled → published) ensures no content is published without explicit human authorization.
Administrators can pause all publishing at any time using the platform kill switch.
4. Prohibited Content
Our AI systems will not generate, and our moderation systems will block:
- Content that is sexually explicit or exploitative
- Content depicting or glorifying violence or self-harm
- Hateful content targeting protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.)
- Content exploiting or endangering minors (CSAM)
- Misinformation, deepfakes, or impersonation intended to deceive
- Content facilitating illegal activity
- Content designed to harass specific individuals
5. Content Moderation
5.1 Upload Screening
All uploaded images are automatically screened using AI content moderation before being stored. Images flagged as policy-violating are rejected with a human-readable explanation. Users may contact support to request manual review of moderation decisions.
5.2 Fail-Safe Design
Our moderation system is designed to fail open in the event of a service error — meaning uploads are not silently blocked by infrastructure failures. All moderation decisions are logged for audit.
5.3 False Positives
Automated moderation may occasionally flag legitimate content (e.g., product or clothing images). Flagged content is retained as "under review" and not permanently deleted. Users may request manual review within 30 days.
6. AI Transparency
- Content generated by AI is clearly labeled in the Platform interface.
- Users are informed when AI systems are used to make decisions affecting their content.
- We disclose the categories of AI providers and models used in our Privacy Policy.
7. Publishing Safety
- All publishing to third-party platforms is idempotent and retry-safe.
- Publishing is disabled by default and requires explicit feature flag activation.
- Publishing operations use dry-run mode unless production credentials are configured.
- Users receive confirmation before any content is sent to external platforms.
8. AI Limitations
Users should be aware that:
- AI-generated marketing content may contain factual errors, outdated information, or culturally insensitive phrasing.
- AI models may reflect biases present in their training data.
- AI content is a tool to assist human creativity, not a replacement for human judgment.
- Campaign performance predictions are estimates and not guarantees.
9. Data Minimization
We use the minimum data necessary to operate AI features. We do not use your business assets or campaign data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
10. Bias and Fairness
We periodically evaluate AI outputs for bias across protected characteristics. We are committed to improving model fairness and will publish material findings in our documentation.
11. Policy Updates
This policy is reviewed quarterly and updated as our AI capabilities evolve. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notice.
